Online Graduate Class in Volunteer Management

Volunteer Management: MSP-664, This course focuses on the life cycle of volunteers, including how to effectively motivate, reward and retain volunteers at each stage of the cycle. Attention will be paid to enhancing the effectiveness of a volunteer workforce, as well as the delicate issues of resolving conflicts and the termination of volunteers. Finally, the course compares episodic and ongoing volunteerism and the implications for volunteer-dependent organizations.

This is an online academic, graduate level class.
