My name is Sabrina Walker Hernandez. I am a certified consultant, coach, facilitator, and bestselling author that helps nonprofit & small business build relationships that convert into more donations with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and leadership.
I provide consulting, coaching, training & Facilitation, and planning services helping organizations in the areas of fundraising, board development, & marketing. I have a reputation for transformational leadership through staffing and mission alignment, fundraising, expanding programming, and community partnerships. Among my successes is increasing operation revenue from $750K to $2.5M, completing a $12M comprehensive capital campaign, establishing a $500K endowment, and 180 days in cash reserves in the 3rd poorest county in the United States.
In addition to my CEO experience, I also held the position of Vice President of Operations and started in direct program services. I am certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School.
