Or maybe your organization is just going through the motions or checking boxes?
There are a lot of buzzwords and a lot of questions when it comes to repairing culture at an organization. If your organization has started a journey or you’re questioning whether you’ve found the right consultants to guide that journey, join us for an exploration of the options.
In our work with nonprofit organizations, we’ve noticed that there is very little consistency in the quality and fit of DEI or white supremacy culture disruption consultants. To help organizations find the right fit for them, we’ve developed a webinar that explores what to look for in a DEI partner.
Full disclosure, we offer these services too, but we are not for everyone. Our purpose is to help organizations find the right fit.
For the fee, please invite whoever in your organization is involved in leading the white supremacy culture disruption work. We ask that each organization is limited to three participants; however, if there are more than three people actively involved in making decisions about the DEI journey, please invite them too.

Mira Weinstein has a thirty-year history leading political and organizing campaigns.
She’s directed successful organizing and mobilization campaigns for many different kinds of non-profit, advocacy and labor organizations, in addition to candidates for office and ballot measures. She also designs and facilitates interactive training programs, both online and in-person. Mira conceives of projects and training through the lenses of diversity, equity and inclusion, recognizing the wide variety of experiences that activists and leaders bring to the work. Her guiding principle is that we learn oppression and must actively work to unlearn and dismantle it.
