Impostor Syndrome is a psychological phenomenon. It is common in the nonprofit sector. In this session, Sam Laprade shares her story. She reveals how she battled Impostor Syndrome. Her struggle included work with donors, senior leadership, with Board Members and colleagues. She’ll break down the barriers in these challenges and share some of the techniques that worked for her in managing these feelings of self-doubt.
