The Indiana Workforce Summit will focus on the current happenings in our state as well as what needs to happen moving forward for Hoosier businesses to be successful. This summit will work to ensure the quality of our workforce and improve the state’s economic position at home and around the globe. Experts from various industries and government will share insights and information about building a talent pipeline of workers, creating employer-led collaborations to address specific workforce needs, using data to make decisions about training and hiring, and developing programs that let people learn new skills while gaining experience on the job.
