A program logic model can take on many, many different forms. It can be as simple as a diagram with three sections, or a complex diagram that looks like a flow chart for a computer program. Regardless of the format you use, the overall goal is to show the relationships between the community, program resources and activities and desired change.
You will build upon lessons learned from developing your theory of change to help you lay the groundwork for effective program design and operations, budgeting and evaluation.
