St. Mary’s University of Minnesota was the first master’s degree of its kind, graduating it’s first Masters of Arts in Philanthropy and Development in 1994. A blended teaching model from the start, where students complete a two-week residency in Minnesota followed by ongoing online instruction, has encouraged professional networks that have lasted a lifetime.
