Thank you for volunteering your services?

If you’ve been in nonprofit consulting for more than 20 minutes, you’ve certainly heard the words “We don’t have a lot of money. You think you could just [insert your service here] to help us out?” If they don’t directly say it, they certainly imply that they want you to give your service to them for free.
