Spotlight – Nonprofit Hive member Stephanie Hajducek, BSIET! My chat with Stephanie was so much fun as we both come from a varied work background (its taken time for us both to find our work passion!) and have a love for sales. So how did Stephanie join the nonprofit world?? This One’s for the Gals is Stephanie’s investment in to young Texan girls who are learning that there are so many career paths out there for them that they may never have been exposed to. TOFTG’s mission statement is to help girls with career exploration, focusing on construction, energy and manufacturing. Reason for Joining The Nonprofit Hive: Relationship building – Stephanie is a solo-founder so often her work can feel a little siloed. And not coming from the nonprofit world she would love to find community. Stephanie also has seen incredible success in getting community sponsors for her programs so she would also love to support other nonprofit pros struggling with sponsorship conversations.
